In part one of this short series, (go there by clicking here), I shared some of my off-kilter thinking about how people and organizations really work. A few other people nudged me so I just laughed and continues.

Anyway, Joan asked me if the spelling in this was intentional and I will admit that I did actually see a picture 20 years or so ago about an electronic message board outside of a Ford manufacturing plant that actually had things spelled that way:

SWs One Qwality

It is just one of those things you never forget. Qwality!

So, hang on and let me know if any of these bang the gong or generate a giggle or two about how things really work in most organizations:

and lastly,SWs One - Integrating performance improvement

I laughed when I thought of that last one as the Mission of some HR or IT operation in some big multinational organization. But that is just a joke, right?
